Booking, Cancellation and refund policy

  1. Booking will be confirmed only after 50% payment from total amount.
  2. We do not hold bookings without advance payment.
  3. If cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival date full refund will be processed.
  4. There will be full cancellation charges from the advance amount if booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
  5. Refund amount will be deposited by the same mode of payment as the customer paid the advance payment.
  6. Refund can take upto 10 days.

Guest Pet Policy:

  1. We welcome all well-maintained dogs. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behaviour, including, but not limited to biting, excessive noise(such as barking) evidence of disease or urination defection in public areas.
  2. All pets must be restrained or kept on a lease on cottage property when not in the guest’s bedroom.
  3. No pet should be left unattended.
  4. There will be an extra charge of Rs. 500/- per pet per night.
  5. Guests are responsible for all property damage (including and not limited to accommodation rooms) and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. The cottage reserves the right to change the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any damage.

 

Other Terms and Conditions:

  1. Please do not litter and use container provided. Please put your litter in the bin.
  2. Please do not move the beds, you may ask our staff to do it for you, if the need arises.

 

GUEST CHECKIN POLICY

  1. Check in time is 1 PM and Check out time 11 AM.
  2. Identity cards are mandatory for all the guests to stay at the property. Pan card or office ID cards are not accepted.
  3. Due room bill, food and beverages bill if any has to be paid before checkout.
  4. Early check-in or late check-out is only allowed based on availability and prior intimation. Extra charges applicable.
  5. Only number of guests mentioned in booking slip is allowed. Extra guest are not allowed.

  • Breakfast : 08.00 A.M – 10.00 AM
  • Lunch : 01.00 P.M- 03.00 P.M
  • DINNER – 07.00 PM – 10.00 PM
